Typical Installation Options

Installation techniques and materials are customized to the needs of each job.

Option 1

For Commercial Spaces and Utility Rooms: clean and seal only.

Strengthens and Seals an existing concrete floor.

Option 2

For Finished Basements, Garages, Patios and other interior and exterior concrete surfaces.

Stains, Strengthens and Seals an existing concrete floor.

Option 3

For concrete slabs that are damaged, cracked, discolored, deteriorated, etc.

Micro-Topping, a durable polymerized cement, is applied as an 1/8" thick skim coat.

This creates a fresh surface to be stained and sealed.

Typical Stained Floor Workflow

  • Mask off perimeter of work area with chemical resistant paper

  • Repair nail divots, cracks, and scars

  • Profile floor

  • Thoroughly clean, rinse, and vacuum work area

  • Install MicroTopping (if required)

  • Stain work area using appropriate materials and techniques

  • Seal work area

  • Polish work area with high-speed burnisher to establish final luster

  • Remove all paper protection

  • Floor is ready for foot traffic
