Typical Installation Options
Installation techniques and materials are customized to the needs of each job.
Option 1
For Commercial Spaces and Utility Rooms: clean and seal only.
Strengthens and Seals an existing concrete floor.
Option 2
For Finished Basements, Garages, Patios and other interior and exterior concrete surfaces.
Stains, Strengthens and Seals an existing concrete floor.
Option 3
For concrete slabs that are damaged, cracked, discolored, deteriorated, etc.
Micro-Topping, a durable polymerized cement, is applied as an 1/8" thick skim coat.
This creates a fresh surface to be stained and sealed.
Typical Stained Floor Workflow
Mask off perimeter of work area with chemical resistant paper
Repair nail divots, cracks, and scars
Profile floor
Thoroughly clean, rinse, and vacuum work area
Install MicroTopping (if required)
Stain work area using appropriate materials and techniques
Seal work area
Polish work area with high-speed burnisher to establish final luster
Remove all paper protection
Floor is ready for foot traffic
